-  Cleaning Track & pengecekan baut sambungan .
- Cleaning panel utama & pengecekan baut all komponen listrik .
- Pengecekan kompresor .
- Greasing rutin .
- Vaseline roda .
- Penggantian bearing roda up stop wheel yg gocak/berbunyi , sebanyak 6 roda ( 12 bearing )

1. Install the compressor (from softplay)

2. Running test

3. Chek motor booster, 1 damage , abnormal sound

4. Chek fungsi brake

5. Chek kebutuhan part untuk progres berikutnya

1. Continue Reassemble brake linning,
2. Bongkar pasang booster wheel 1pcs ( bengkel lokal )
3. Pasang booster wheel 4 pcs
4. Tukar brake fin dari no1 ke no 8
5. Repair brake fin goyang

1. Drilling brake linning 2pcs (rivets holes) at local workshop ( 2 pcs are finished)

2. Dissamble & assemble 1 booster wheel at local workshop ( 1 boosterwheel finished )

3. Assemble brake linning to brakeshoes ( using counter shunk rivets )

1. FInd local vendors to repair brake linning (counter shunk holes / rivets)

2. FInd alternative vendors for booster wheel repairs (dissamble & re-assemble)

WORK VISIT BALIKPAPAN DAY 1st

1.  disassemble the booster wheel

Constraints: tools brought from Jakarta are not strong enough, the plate is bent

Solution :

- removed the plate,

- drilling holes on the booster wheel (covered with rubber when rubber lining)

2. find a local workshop for a hydraulic press to dissaemble & assemble booster wheels

3. boosterwheel has welds (welded by previous vendors) must be grinded first so that it can be opened with a hydraulic press

 disassemble the booster wheel, Constraints: tools brought from Jakarta are not strong enough, the plate is bent
